Associate Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Participates in and supports DICI activities.
• Ensures compliance with the Arcadia Code of Conduct.
• Operates equipment, adds ingredients, packages, cleans, etc., following SOPs and cGMPs.
• Communicates manufacturing status to team members and Shift Team Lead.
• Documents production activities using MPR entries, cleaning records, logbooks, and other paperwork.
• Maintains production progress through equipment readings, particle evaluation, and in-process testing.

You Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent, or process tech degree.
• Minimum 6 months experience in a production environment.
• Ability to work training/orientation hours: 8AM - 4PM Monday - Friday.
• Ability to work second shift hours: 12:45PM - 9PM Monday - Friday after training/orientation.
• Safe operation of mechanized equipment such as lift trucks, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns and overtime.
