Associate, Paid Social (Auto Q3 2026)

The Analyst Social Media position is entry-level. In this role, you will learn about account and media responsibilities with a primary focus on paid social. You will work with the team to help understand consumer intent and identify the best approach to capturing it for our clients. This team member will also learn media concepts and develop best practices for campaign set-up, management, and reporting. The ability to work as part of a team is crucial, as is a sense of innate curiosity, attention to detail, and a self-motivated work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities for new and existing campaigns
• Identify top-performing ad copy to inform new creative
• Review social trends and craft insights for clients
• Ensure reporting is pulled accurately
• Monitor campaign pacing toward goals
• Provide support in campaign budget management and optimizations
• Provide updates for deliverables & re-prioritize tasks as needed
• QA implementation for new campaigns, as well as ad copy rotations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with flexibility and communicate priorities to the Supervisor
• Basic knowledge of Excel formulas and functions
• Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360 certification is a plus

Pay

Yearly Salary - $48,000. Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days in-office per week at our El Segundo office.
