About This Role Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor within the lockbox department. In This Role, You Will Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in natureReceive, log, batch, and distribute workFile, photocopy, and answer phonesPrepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mailRegularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced rolesWork under close supervision following established procedures Required Qualifications 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications Lockbox processing experiencePayment processing experience10-key numerical data entry experience with the ability to maintain high-volume production and quality standardsStrong numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detailBasic computer proficiency and comfort working within structured systems and processesSelf-directed work style with the initiative to complete assignments with minimal supervisionCollaborative approach with the flexibility to partner across teams and organizational levelsAdaptability in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting established performance expectations Job Expectations Ability to work additional hours as needed based on business needsSchedule flexibility to work some bank holidays as needed based on business needsAbility to lift 10+ pounds Work Schedule Shift/Hours: 3:30pm- 12am (open-ended shift)Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Pay Range Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
