The Associate National Account Manager (ANAM) – Lowe’s supports the execution, growth, and day-to-day management of the Lowe’s account within the Kwikset Mechanical and Kwikset Electronic product portfolios.
Responsibilities
- 40%: Support Sr. NAM and partner with Lowe’s Merchant team in managing account strategies while supporting line reviews and category initiatives through data analysis, presentation development, and follow-up execution.
- 30%: Lead and coordinate in-store projects, resets, and merchandising initiatives, ensuring flawless execution through internal and external collaboration. Track timelines, deliverables, and post-execution performance.
- 30%: Analyze Lowe’s and internal sales data to create business recaps, support demand planning and promotional forecasting, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams while supporting internal and external business review presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field required
- 2-5 years of experience supporting or managing a national retail account; Lowe’s experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Lowe’s corporate structure, systems, and in-store execution model
- Experience supporting line reviews, assortments, resets, or large retail programs preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, inventory, and POS data
- Experience with Lowe’s systems and tools (IMA, Gateway, VPP)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
Work Environment
- Hybrid – 3 days in Mooresville, NC office; 2 days in home-office
- Travel to Lowe’s meetings, store walks, line reviews, and internal planning sessions (25–30%)
- Regular interaction with Lowe’s merchants, field teams, and internal cross-functional partners
