Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Communicate complex scientific ideas in an accurate and innovative way
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality work
  • Quickly and thoroughly understand any pharmaceutical product, particularly as it relates to the overall therapeutic area
  • Demonstrate knowledge of product positioning and messaging within the competitive space and scientific and/or educational tactics
  • Direct and review content created by others (medical writers, medical associates, graphic designers) to ensure quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment across all projects
  • Learn new skills and therapy areas
  • Demonstrate proficiency in medical writing
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

  • MD, PharmD, or PhD degree
  • 1+ years of pharmaceutical and/or medical communications experience
  • Expertise in critical data analysis and interpretation
  • Strong organization and project management capabilities
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team structure
  • High level of comfort working with clients and faculty
  • Aptitude for the English language and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform all duties on-line
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing challenges, issues, and priorities with the ability to problem solve and set clear expectations
  • Proficiency in Office programs including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
