Associate Media Director
Media Strategy
Provide input and recommendations on appropriate channel mix and partner consideration set
Liaise with external stakeholders spanning agency teams, client leads and media partners
Partner internally with subject matter experts beyond direct media including: search, social, programmatic, and analytics
Work on continuously providing trends and POVs proactively to our clients with new & innovative thinking
Media Planning
Lead the development of media planning storytelling by focusing on big picture thinking
Help lead the team to develop comprehensive and detail plans that tie back to the overall strategy
Troubleshoot when challenges arise
Ensure success and overall KPI delivery against assigned media programs and clients
Qualifications
- Ability to train/mentor and support junior staff
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience designing and implementing pharmaceutical media campaigns (HCP or DTC)
- Knowledgeable in audience buying and vendor contacts and capabilities
- Excellent presentation skills, and history of successful client engagements
- Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail oriented
- Strong analytical abilities and quantitative skills
Pay
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
