About the role
We’re looking for an Associate Marketing Manager who enjoys building campaigns, learning from data, and turning ideas into execution. In this role, you’ll work across multiple marketing channels to help drive growth, improve brand visibility, and support high-impact business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities.
- Support content planning and creation while ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Track campaign performance and turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Assist with budget planning and help ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently.
- Cook up with external vendors, agencies, and partners when needed.
Requirements
- Strong campaign execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives at the same time.
- Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, SEO, and performance tracking.
- Ability to interpret campaign data, spot patterns, and make practical recommendations to improve results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create or guide clear, effective messaging.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with design, content, product, and business teams.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you take initiative, follow through, and care about outcomes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning, coordination, and execution.
- Curiosity about market trends, consumer behavior, and evolving marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, brand, or campaign execution roles.
- Hands-on familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics tools, or email marketing platforms.
- Experience working with campaign reporting, performance dashboards, or marketing analytics is preferred.
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools is a plus.
