About the role

As the Associate Manager of Web Analytics for NatureMade.com, you will help build and drive website and ecommerce reporting. You will be responsible for building, designing, and reporting KPIs. You will be the main analytics thought partner, bringing analytics leadership to the NatureMade.com team to drive insights and action. We need someone with strong business acumen, excellent storytelling skills, and a robust technical toolkit. You’ll work with the Marketing Analytics team and key decision-makers throughout the DTC team, sharing your insights and recommendations with all levels of the business.

This role is not available for any form of immigration sponsorship or support, including completion of the Form I-983 training plan required for STEM OPT.

Responsibilities

  • Define KPIs, reporting methods, and dashboard functionality to monitor NatureMade.com performance and connect results to broader brand and business objectives.
  • Translate DTC performance data into clear, compelling stories that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be taken.
  • Develop regular executive-ready readouts that highlight key insights, business drivers, risks, and growth opportunities in a concise and strategic way.
  • Build, update, and manage Looker dashboards that enable faster business understanding, stronger decision-making, and alignment to brand strategy.
  • Strengthen A/B testing reporting in Looker and partner with the NatureMade.com team to evaluate site optimization impact and identify scalable learnings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of overall experience in website ecommerce analytics.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and related tools, such as Google Analytics, SQL, Looker, Shopify, Klaviyo, Daasity, and Daash.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office with a mastery of Excel.
  • Experience translating data dashboards into compelling visual and easy-to-understand stories to communicate learnings and next steps.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with competing priorities and deadlines.

Pay

National Target Base Pay Range: $80,000.00 - $133,000.00. The salary range for this position is based on national standards. For candidates in California and New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $88,000 - $146,000, to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas. Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications, and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
