Associate Manager, Enterprise Analytics & Insights

For our client, a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space, we are seeking an Associate Manager of Enterprise Analytics & Insights. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Scientists and analytics professionals
• Provide technical guidance and performance feedback to team members
• Establish team standards, workflows, and best practices for analytics
• Guide the design and deployment of machine learning and Generative AI solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value analytics opportunities
• Ensure model performance and translate analytics outcomes into business insights
• Promote responsible AI practices and foster a continuous learning culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, advanced analytics, AI, or related fields
• 1+ years of leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics techniques
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM use cases
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation frameworks
• Knowledge of MLOps practices including model deployment and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms for scalable analytics

Pay

$95,100 – $142,600 annually
