Associate Manager, RGM- Business Insights and Optimization
Danone North America is a hybrid work environment. This role is considered a “hybrid” position that allows for flexible work, meaning collaboration with key stakeholders in Danone Hubs occurs. While you may have the option to work from home on a schedule agreed to with your supervisor, you are expected to regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week.
About the role
The Associate Manager, RGM Business Insights and Optimization plays a crucial role in leading the development and delivery of actionable RGM insights, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing revenue growth and trade efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for RGM insights across key RGM teams
- Own the development and delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting to track trade and promotional performance
- Build and maintain scalable analytical tools, dashboards, and frameworks to support data-driven decision-making
- Partner with RGM Managers to translate key business questions into actionable insights
- Lead deep-dive analyses at the customer, category, and pack/checkbook level to identify performance drivers and opportunities
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations to inform trade strategy and investment decisions
- Drive a test-and-learn agenda, including identifying, prioritizing, and tracking optimization initiatives
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities across trade investments and communicate recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Demand, to influence decision-making and improve ROI
- Continuously improve reporting, insights generation, and analytical processes to enhance team efficiency and impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Sales Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant reporting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, category, and other teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Pay
The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $105,000 USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions.
