About the role
Responsible for overseeing multi-functional quality processes within the Troy, AL facility. Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage quality assurance and control processes
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance
- Provide guidance and training to team members on quality standards and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or related field
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 certifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of quality management systems
