Responsible for overseeing multi-functional quality processes within the Troy, AL facility. Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage quality assurance and control processes
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance
• Provide guidance and training to team members on quality standards and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management or related field
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 certifications
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
