About the role
The Associate Manager IT Program Management will work collaboratively with Research, Preclinical Development, and IT stakeholders to lead cross-functional technology initiatives, drive portfolio governance, and ensure successful delivery of programs that support Regenerons scientific mission.
When & Where
Based at our Tarrytown, NY location. 4+ onsite per week required. This role is not open to fully remote or hybrid work arrangements.

- Leading cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Research and Preclinical Development, driving project planning, execution, risk and dependency management, and timely delivery across multiple concurrent programs
- Developing and maintaining project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives; proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues, and opportunities
- Prioritizing, governance, and resource management; developing portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and executive communications
- Coordinating activities across business functions, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to support critical initiatives including integrations, transformations, and process improvement efforts
- Presenting project and portfolio updates to leadership and governance forums; influencing outcomes through data-driven recommendations and serving as a resource for program management best practices across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 6+ years of validated experience leading IT programs or projects in a complex, matrixed organization, with a track record of delivering technology initiatives on time and within scope
- Previous experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience using a variety of tools (e.g., project and portfolio management platforms, reporting dashboards, roadmap and governance frameworks) in order to drive program execution, monitor portfolio health metrics, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, integrations, or business transformations; developing change management and communication strategies; and mentoring others on project management practices is preferred
