Responsibilities
- Evaluate project performance and suggest improvements for success
- Act as a technical expert across multiple ITSM projects while overseeing teams
- Translate complex business needs into technical solutions using ServiceNow
- Lead architecture design and development for ServiceNow implementations
- Guide and support the ServiceNow development team with technical expertise
- Ensure quality assurance for all ServiceNow projects and conduct functionality reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience, preferably in service delivery projects
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Expert in multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and IRM
- Strong experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies and Agile environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
