Key Responsibilities
- Cook up and manage IT-related projects
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams; grasp IT concepts and processes
- Initiate projects from scratch and proactively spot risks or conflicts
- Bridge gaps between business and IT requirements; challenge assumptions and identify scope issues
- Track timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Visio, and Asana
- Report directly to project management leadership
