Job Description
Role Overview: The Associate Project Manager supports the Corporate Technology Support, Workplace Technology, and Global Corporate Real Estate groups. This role is designed to be fungible across technology and business verticals, enabling flexible deployment across the enterprise. This role operates as an individual contributor, partnering with technology, business, and operations teams to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes aligned to Visa’s enterprise strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of small to mid-sized initiatives within the DES PMO portfolio.
- Own project execution including scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
- Apply standard PMO delivery practices, governance, and reporting to ensure predictable and compliant execution.
- Apply data‑and AI‑driven insights to project planning, tracking, and reporting, improving delivery predictability, risk visibility, and decision-making for stakeholders and PMO leadership.
- Drive risk and issue identification and resolution, escalating appropriately with clear data and recommendations.
- Cook up cross-functional teams and vendors to support integrated delivery and release readiness.
- Track and report progress, milestones, financials, and key metrics to portfolio and PMO leadership.
- Support change management and adoption readiness in collaboration with operational and user-facing teams.
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred Qualifications: 2 or more years of work experience, Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree, Foundational understanding of project or portfolio management concepts, Ability to organize information, track details, and meet deadlines, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting tools, Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor within a matrixed environment, Exposure to technology, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems environments, Experience working with cross-functional teams, Experience using AI‑assisted insights, analytics, or automation tools to inform project planning, forecasting, and executive‑level reporting, Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models, Strong attention to detail with a learning mindset.
Pay and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $88,000.00 to $ 136,900.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
