About the role

Based at our Tarrytown, NY location, this role requires 4 days onsite per week. The Associate Manager of Information Technology Program Management will work collaboratively with Research, Preclinical Development, and Information Technology stakeholders to lead cross-functional technology initiatives, drive portfolio governance, and ensure successful delivery of programs that support Regeneron’s scientific mission.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional technology initiatives supporting Research and Preclinical Development, driving project planning, execution, risk and dependency management, and timely delivery across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives; proactively identify and address risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Partner with Research, Preclinical, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions; facilitate decision-making and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Support portfolio planning, prioritization, governance, and resource management; develop portfolio-level reporting, dashboards, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate activities across business functions, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to support critical initiatives including integrations, transformations, and process improvement efforts.
  • Present project and portfolio updates to leadership and governance forums; influence outcomes through data-driven recommendations and serve as a resource for program management best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 6+ years of validated experience leading IT programs or projects in a complex, matrixed organization, with a track record of delivering technology initiatives on time and within scope.
  • Previous experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Adept at using a variety of tools (e.g., project and portfolio management platforms, reporting dashboards, roadmap and governance frameworks) to drive program execution, monitor portfolio health metrics, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, integrations, or business transformations.
  • Experience developing change management and communication strategies.
  • Experience mentoring others on project management practices.

Pay

Salary Range (annually): $98,100.00 - $160,100.00
