We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" and "Who You Are". The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content accordingly. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - About the company: "Who We Are" (company description). Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. But we have "Who You Are" describing role. Could treat that as "About the role". Or we could have "About the role" for description of responsibilities. But we also have responsibilities list later. Let's parse. The posting includes: - Who We Are (company overview) - Who You Are (role description) - Then a list of responsibilities (bulleted paragraphs) - Minimum Requirements - Preferred Qualifications - Job Location (onsite Silver Spring, MD) - Salary range ($95,000-135,000/yr) - Benefits mention (eligible employees may participate in comprehensive benefits suite... link) - EEO statement (remove) - etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "California, US residents click here." (likely a banner). Also remove "At United Therapeutics, our mission and vision are one..." maybe not boilerplate? It's a mission statement but could be considered fluff; but it's substantive? Might be considered generic; but we can keep if not boilerplate. However instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The mission statement is not those; we could keep but maybe it's fluff. Safer to keep substantive info only. The mission statement is not required but could be considered filler. I'd keep it under "About the role" maybe. We need sections: About the role (maybe combine Who You Are and responsibilities?), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have: - About the role: description of role (Who You Are) plus maybe overview. - Responsibilities: the bullet list after "Who You Are". Those are many sentences each starting with a verb. We'll put them in
  • . - Requirements: Minimum Requirements (list). Could be under Requirements heading. - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (list). Could be under Qualifications heading. - Skills: maybe we could extract skills from requirements (e.g., proficiency with Microsoft Office, CMMS knowledge). But we already have those in Requirements; we could create Skills section if there is explicit skill list. Not explicit separate. Might combine. - Benefits: mention of benefits suite with link. - Pay: salary range. - Schedule: job location mentions 100% onsite; schedule not specified. No schedule info (like full-time, shift). So we should NOT create Schedule section because no specific schedule content. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. The job title is Associate Manager, Corporate Facilities. We'll not use that as heading. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to remove duplicated lines. Check for duplicates: The responsibilities list includes many items; ensure we keep each. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

... (Who You Are description plus maybe company overview? Actually About the role should focus on role. Could include the Who You Are paragraph(s). We'll include the description: "As Associate Manager, Corporate Facilities, you’ll play a key leadership role..." etc. Also maybe include the company overview? That's more About the company. But we don't have a section for About the company; we could incorporate into About the role? Might be okay but could be considered not role-specific. However we have no other place; maybe we can create a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not add other headings. So we need to fit company overview somewhere; maybe we can put it in About the role as introductory context. That's acceptable. Thus About the role paragraph will contain both Who We Are and Who You Are? Might be lengthy but okay. Better: About the role: include Who You Are description (the role). Then maybe after that we can add a short note about company? But we risk missing company info. However the instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information. So we must keep company overview. Where to put? Could be under About the role as part of description. It's not strictly about role but it's still substantive. We'll include it. Thus:

    About the role

We are the first publicly-traded biotech or pharmaceutical company to take the form of a public benefit corporation. Our public benefit purpose is to provide a brighter future for patients through the development of novel pharmaceutical therapies; and technologies that expand the availability of transplantable organs. United Therapeutics (Nasdaq: UTHR) seeks to travel down the corridors of indifference to develop treatments for rare, deadly diseases. We were founded in 1996 by a family seeking a cure for their daughter’s pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Today, we have six FDA-approved therapies that treat PAH, pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD) and neuroblastoma, a rare pediatric cancer. Our near-term pipeline seeks to develop additional therapies for PAH and pulmonary fibrosis (PF). The cure for end-stage life-threatening diseases like PAH, PH-ILD, PF, and many others is an organ transplant, but only a small percentage of donated organs are available to address the vast need. For this reason, we are working to create manufactured organs to address the shortage of kidneys, hearts, lungs, and livers available for transplant. We believe an unlimited supply of tolerable, transplantable organs will eliminate the transplant waiting list and cure end-stage organ diseases for which transplant is not currently an option.

Now Responsibilities: list each bullet. We need to extract each responsibility sentence from the block after "Directly supervise, coach, and develop hourly Corporate Facility Team members, including setting daily and weekly priorities, assigning work, monitoring completion, providing feedback, and supporting performance management and career development in alignment with departmental objectivesTranslate priorities established by the Associate Director, Facilities Programs and Operations into practical work plans, schedules, task assignments, and follow-up actions. The text seems to have missing punctuation; we can split by sentences that start with a verb. Let's manually list: 1. Directly supervise, coach, and develop hourly Corporate Facility Team members, including setting daily and weekly priorities, assigning work, monitoring completion, providing feedback, and supporting performance management and career development in alignment with departmental objectives 2. Translate priorities established by the Associate Director, Facilities Programs and Operations into practical work plans, schedules, task assignments, and follow-up actions. 3.
