Associate, M&A and Corporate Finance

About the role

AllerVie Health is a national allergy and immunology platform with an active acquisitions pipeline. We are seeking an M&A and Corporate Finance Associate to support transaction execution, financial analysis, and integration efforts across all stages of the deal lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and tracking of acquisition targets, affiliations, and partnership opportunities
• Building financial models to support deal valuation, ROI analysis, and transaction structuring
• Analyzing practice-level financials and identifying key value drivers and risks
• Coeordinating due diligence workstreams across legal, financial, operational, and clinical functions
• Managing data rooms, document requests, and diligence trackers
• Preparing deal summaries, investment memos, and executive presentations
• Supporting post-close integration coordination with HR, IT, RCM, and operations

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Strong financial modeling skills including DCF, three-statement models, and transaction structuring
• Experience supporting M&A transactions through some or all stages of the deal lifecycle
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
• PREFERRED: Experience in healthcare, multi-site physician practices, or a PE-backed platform
