An opportunity for a senior-level M&A Associate to support and lead complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and strategic business combinations. The role is client-facing and involves drafting, negotiating, and managing transaction processes while working closely with clients and deal teams.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and contract negotiation.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents related to M&A transactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the structuring and execution of complex corporate transactions.
- Analyze legal risks and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Conduct legal research to support transaction-related decisions.
- Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate transaction processes.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and industry trends impacting M&A activities.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions in the professional services industry.
- Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills for legal documents.
- Experience in conducting due diligence and managing corporate transactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Pay
Salary range of $365,000 to $435,000, depending on JD year and other relevant factors.
