Associate – M&A / Corporate Finance

This is your opportunity to join NEX Partners, a mid-market M&A boutique in Frankfurt. The role offers close collaboration with clients and investors across the preparation and presentation of valuations, business plans, financial models, information memoranda, supporting financial analyses, as well as transaction execution and project management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present valuations, business plans, and financial models
• Develop information memoranda and supporting financial analyses
• Support transaction execution and project management
• Collaborate closely with clients and investors throughout M&A processes

Requirements

• More than 3 years of professional experience in M&A or Corporate Finance
• Proven track record supporting multiple M&A transactions from inception to close
• Affinity for the technology sector
• Strong financial and analytical skill set
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Team player with effective collaboration skills
• Strong ownership, positive mindset, and hands-on approach
