A nationally recognized AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking a Junior Corporate Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join its growing corporate practice in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have experience with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general commercial matters. Responsibilities

• Handle mergers and acquisitions transactions and corporate governance matters
• Support a range of commercial transactions and corporate matters

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant corporate law experience
• Active Washington State Bar license
• Strong academic credentials
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills

Pay

Current base salary range: $220,000–$250,000
