Associate Lecturer/Lecturer/Senior Lecturer – Department of Computing and New Media Technologies (Continuous Recruitment)
This is a continuous recruitment posting for future part-time associate lecturer/lecturer/senior lecturer opportunities in the Department of Computing and New Media Technologies. Applications will be kept on file and considered for per-course assignments as needs arise. Teaching one semester does not guarantee assignment the following semester.
About the Role
The associate lecturer/lecturer/senior lecturer is a part-time, salaried, exempt, academic year (9-month) instructional academic staff position. Teaching load ranges between 1-12 credits per semester. While primarily on-site, partially remote and remote opportunities may be available.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates classroom, online and/or laboratory instruction for one or more courses, including assessment of student performance
- Serves as an initial point of contact for students regarding specific course content and expectations
- Develops instructional design and curriculum relevant to a course of instruction

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computing or a field related to the area of teaching
- Relevant work or teaching experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in computing or a related field
- Experience teaching diverse groups and/or college-level teaching experience
