Associate Learning Facilitator

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training sessions on topics such as communication, conflict resolution, process improvement, SAP, and output goal setting.
• Lead structured learning activities by guiding discussions, supporting debriefs, and encouraging participant engagement.
• Translate training content into practical application for production team members.
• Engage on the production floor to learn workflows, challenges, and team dynamics, enhancing training relevance.
• Collaborate with Applied Learning team members and cross-functional partners to support training development and delivery.
• Affiliate with creating, updating, and maintaining training materials, including presentations, participant resources, and supporting documentation.
• Apply basic adult learning principles when preparing for and delivering training sessions.
• Gather participant feedback and share insights to support continuous improvement of training programs.
• Support the coordination and execution of training initiatives and project deliverables, including scheduling, preparation, and logistical readiness for sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback.
• Become familiar with how to evaluate performance.

Position Requirements

• Ability to spend significant time in a production environment and build familiarity with processes, terminology, and team dynamics.
• Adherence to production floor gowning requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in facilitation, teaching, or leading group discussions.
• Ability to engage participants and support interactive discussions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and improve facilitation skills rapidly.
• Ability to progress toward independently facilitating sessions.
