Responsibilities

  • Support the team in in-depth due diligence in investment opportunities, with a focus on co-investments and direct investments across a wide range of industries and stages
  • Conduct market and industry research
  • Monitor existing portfolio across various asset classes both quantitatively and qualitatively
  • Work with external partners to maintain a proper database of institutional knowledge
  • Conduct investment due diligence on selected opportunities
  • Lead independent projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of work experience with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree with a track record of exceptional academic performance from a top school, graduate degree optional
  • STEM degree is mandatory
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, expertise in VBA or Python a plus
  • Curiosity and experience in using current technology to create efficiency and improve the quality of work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with good time management skills, sense of ownership, and can-do attitude
  • Capable of taking initiative and working well within a small, collaborative team environment
  • Highest level of integrity, intellectual capability, professionalism, and discretion
