Responsibilities

• Sourcing, managing, and screening new secondary investments (funds and GP-led)
• Conducting in-depth due diligence on managers and companies
• In-depth financial modeling on various investment opportunities
• Monitoring existing investments
• Drafting investment memoranda and financial analyses
• Conducting market research

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience (investment banking, private equity, secondaries, co-investing)
• Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier school
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Highly ethical and trustworthy
• Self-starter capable of taking initiative, but who is also willing to receive guidance and direction
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the desire and ability to interact with general partners, clients and external parties
