Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence on potential investments (e.g., identifying risks and mitigants, competitive positioning, growth prospects, customer analysis, industry analysis, etc.)
• Perform valuation analysis, financial analysis, and financial modeling
• Auxiliary in structuring transactions
• Prepare and present detailed investment committee memoranda
• Maintain oversight of portfolio companies
• Perform ad hoc assignments

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of prior relevant work experience (leveraged finance, financial sponsors or M&A investment banking, private equity, or private credit investing)
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
• Proficient in financial modeling
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and Word
