Associate Inventory Coordinator
About the role
This Associate Inventory Coordinator ensures that all equipment, supplies, and materials are received and stocked in local and satellite office inventories, and prepares shipments following best practices and turnaround expectations. This internal customer service-focused position supports purchasing, inventory transfers, and material maintenance in our system. Duties may also include communicating backorders and material ETAs to stakeholders, completing and filing official documentation, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Unloads and loads trucks of palletized and non-palletized product
- Operates forklift to properly store merchandise and materials
- Stocks shelves and supply room(s)
- Picks, packs, and ships daily supply and part orders
- Picks, prepares, and occasionally assembles new equipment
- Fills out bills of lading and paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments
- Tracks incoming and outgoing stock
- Assists in inventory cycle counting
- Maintains overall warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Assists on deliveries and in the field with installs and related equipment movements as needed
- Assists with daily trash and recycling management
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Physically fit; able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and remain standing for long periods
- Ability to drive a 15-foot box truck
- Comfort with computers and experience using SAP system for inventory management and reporting
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and lift gates
- Previous warehouse experience a plus
- Forklift experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (preferred)

Pay
$37,400 - $60,500 USD. The starting salary will be determined by experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, subject to program rules.
