Associate - Insurance Litigation (Atlanta)

About the role

Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join its Insurance Litigation practice in the Atlanta office.

Responsibilities

• Handling complex litigation legal matters
• Drafting legal documents
• Analyzing insurance coverage issues (including CGL, umbrella, and excess policies)
• Representing clients in complex insurance coverage disputes
• Experience with policyholder insurance recovery litigation

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Three or four years of insurance litigation experience
