Insurance Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle first-party property damage and premises liability matters with partner guidance.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategy.
  • Manage case files, communicate with clients, and support all aspects of litigation.
  • Contribute to efficient and effective resolution of disputes.

Who You Are

  • 2–3 years of litigation experience; prior insurance litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong academic credentials with excellent legal writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in managing deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Member of the Florida Bar (required).

  • Salary Range: Competitive market rate (DOE)
