Key Responsibilities
- Handle first-party property damage and premises liability matters with partner guidance.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategy.
- Manage case files, communicate with clients, and support all aspects of litigation.
- Contribute to efficient and effective resolution of disputes.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of litigation experience; prior insurance litigation experience preferred.
- Strong academic credentials with excellent legal writing skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive in managing deadlines.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Member of the Florida Bar (required).
