Associate Implementation Specialist- Memphis, TN (Onsite)-10 months Contract

Requirements

• Resident must be flexible in working during the weekends and holidays when customer requires.
• Strong Customer communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible schedule, including ability to support after hours and/or weekend schedules
• Must be a US Citizen or have a Green Card
• Resource needs to be comfortable on the HW repair side
• Experienced with server support, including hands-on work
• Prior Dell FSE experience a plus

Skills

• Basic Network experience
• Experience reading Linux logs
• Linux cli experience
• RoCE network experience (Nice to have)
• Nvidia GPU/NIC experience (Nice to have)

New Scope

• Provide day-to-day data center operational support
• Escort and coordinate with dispatched field engineers
• Manage parts shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Maintain and update environment documentation
• Clock in with colocation teams for power, cooling, and facility maintenance activities
• Execute customer-directed system and version updates
• Proactively monitor servers and notify customers of issues
• Open and manage service requests; triage and coordinate break/fix activities with Dell support
• Perform troubleshooting, log collection, and follow vendor-recommended resolutions
• Support firmware upgrades and hardware break/fix activities
• Handle parts replacement and hardware deployment
• Perform OS installation, GPU configuration, and any testing
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure operational readiness
• Handle random or urgent issues as they arise, serving as flexible escalation and coordination point
