About the role

You will lead and develop an HR team supporting operations in Indianapolis, Ellisville, and Singapore. Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and compliance matters. Use workforce metrics and employee insights to influence business decisions and improve employee engagement. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to implement people programs, policies, and processes. Support investigations, change initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts that enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR leadership experience
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments, preferably across multiple sites
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and talent management practices
  • Proven ability to influence leaders, build trusted relationships, and drive results in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree and/or SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification
  • Experience with workforce planning, HR transformations, or HRIS platforms such as Workday or SuccessFactors
  • International HR experience and exposure to aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or precision manufacturing environments
