Associate Director, Human Resources
About the role
The Associate Director, Human Resources serves as an HR Partner for the University of Chicago Booth School of Business (Chicago Booth), providing dedicated support to multiple departments and functions.
Responsibilities include coordinating with the Director to serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to selected Chicago Booth leadership teams, aligning HR strategies with business objectives, coaching and developing assigned leaders, covering talent management topics, assisting with workforce planning, supporting integrated talent strategies, and representing HR as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications include a college or university degree in a related field and 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline. Preferred competencies include strong relationship-building and stakeholder management, critical thinking and influencing skills, and supporting workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy initiatives.
