We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about LOU, core functions, responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, schedule, compensation. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instructions: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: maybe a brief intro about LOU and the position. Could be "About the role" heading. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications: list. - Benefits: list. - Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM. - Pay/Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 annually. - Skills: maybe not explicit but we could include "Skills" from qualifications? But they said use Skills heading if we have content. Could combine qualifications and skills? The posting includes qualifications: BS/BA required or 5+ years experience, strong computer skills, successful administrative experience, prior experience with complex calendar management, proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Google Workspace. Those could be under Qualifications or Skills. We'll follow typical: Qualifications heading for education/experience, Skills heading for technical skills. But we can also just have Qualifications and maybe Skills not needed. However instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine qualifications and skills into one "Qualifications" section. But they gave examples of headings; we can include only those we have content for. Let's decide sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting. We need to format responsibilities as
  • . Same for qualifications, benefits. We need to use

for prose. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not include application instructions. We must not include "Join The LOU Team" maybe that's part of About the role? It's prose; we can include as paragraph. We must not include "This is not an exhaustive list..." maybe we keep as part of responsibilities? It's a note; we can include as a

after responsibilities. We must not include "Staff stay at LOU for an average of 8 years." That's substantive; we can include in About the role. We must not include "Perks*Childcare AAAVacation and entertainment Cellular Plan" seems garbled; but it's part of Benefits list. We need to preserve that line exactly? It says "Perks*Childcare AAAVacation and entertainment Cellular Plan". Likely formatting error; we should keep as is but maybe it's "Perks: Childcare, AAA, Vacation and entertainment, Cellular Plan". We'll keep as a bullet point. We must not include "These perks could be subject to change without notice" - that's part of benefits; we can include as a

after benefits list. We must not include "Join our team and make a difference today!" - maybe as closing paragraph. Now produce HTML. Structure:

We must not include any extra headings like "Requirements" or "Skills". We have Qualifications. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated. Check for boilerplate: none. Check for preserving all substantive information: Did we miss anything? Let's review original text: - "Start working to make a difference…Life Opportunities Unlimited (LOU) is a premium boutique human service agency that has served adults with developmental disabilities since 1995. We offer residential and day program services in Bergen County, New Jersey. Our unmatched community integrated services are driven by our committed team of professionals. LOU is located in Ridgewood with programs in Northwest Bergen County: Allendale, Fair Lawn, Glen Rock, Haledon, Midland Park, Ridgewood, Township of Washington, and Waldwick. All of our locations are approximately 15 minutes from Passaic & Rockland Counties. LOU’s Residential and Day Programs are conveniently located nearby NJ Transit, Bus Routes and Train Stations." -> covered in About the role. - "Core Functions Oversee all aspects of the recruiting & onboarding processes, as well as HR records, as per company procedures and Federal/State credentialing regulations & ensure accuracyFacilitate proactive & positive relationships between employees and Life Opportunities Unlimited; mediate any employee relation issues" -> covered in responsibilities first two bullets (though we split them). Good. - Responsibilities list: we captured all. - "This is not an exhaustive list of the responsibilities of this position. Therefore, in this role you are expected to do anything else deemed necessary for the betterment of the program and its participants." -> we added as paragraph after responsibilities. - "Join The LOU Team We are committed to supporting our employees in their professional growth and career development. This commitment allows our teams to thrive in a passion-driven community that is focused on enriching the lives of our clients. We are looking for dedicated individuals that want to be an important part of building a better future for individuals with developmental disabilities. Staff stay at LOU for an average of 8 years. LOU is a great place for people to meet their professional goals and grow within the organization." -> we included staff stay and LOU great place in About the role; we also included the commitment paragraph. Good. - "You will be a successful team member if you are: Creative and able to adjust accordinglyOrganized and detail-orientedPatient, compassionate, and caringCollaborative and communicate effectively with a teamMission-motivated and results-driven" -> This is a list of personal attributes; we didn't include. This is substantive information; we should include it somewhere. Perhaps under a section like "Skills" or "Qualifications"? It's more like desired traits. Could be under "Skills" heading. Since we have a Skills heading example, we could create a Skills section for these traits. Let's add a Skills section. Thus we need to include those traits. We have not included them yet. Let's add a Skills section with those items. We must not invent or summarize away detail; we need to preserve them exactly as given. Original: "You will be a successful team member if you are: Creative and able to adjust accordinglyOrganized and detail-orientedPatient, compassionate, and caringCollaborative and communicate effectively with a teamMission-motivated and results-driven" Note there is no spacing after some commas; but we can keep as is or maybe add spaces for readability? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Changing punctuation could be considered altering detail? Safer to keep exactly as given, but we can format as list items; the content is same. The phrase "Creative and able to adjust accordinglyOrganized and detail-orientedPatient, compassionate, and caringCollaborative and communicate effectively with a teamMission-motivated and results-driven" seems missing spaces between some items. We could keep as a single string? Better to split into list items
