About the role

The HR Operations team supports the strategic execution of human resources strategies across 50+ distribution centers, focusing on areas like Talent Development, Workforce Planning, Talent Selection, Engagement, Recognition, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Training, Associate Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Wellness, Risk Safety, Labor Relations, Sustainability, and Philanthropy.

Responsibilities

• Builds effective working relationships with business leaders and partners with supervisors to develop coaching skills and techniques.
• Provides coaching to individual contributors with the goal of making others successful.
• Identifies training needs in the DC through collaboration with other departments and suggests new HR strategies.
• Executes HR activities and programs, applying effective working relationships with the HR team and supporting peer networks across the company.
• Manages personal development following changes to the company, business, and/or HR and maintains HRIS records and associate files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• PHR/SPHR/CHRL/CPHR Certification preferred.
• 1+ years of HR experience, or related field required.
