What You’ll Get to Do
- Drive strategic alignment of people and business goals across departments.

- Shape and execute an employee engagement strategy that fosters belonging and growth.
- Lead and facilitate performance and development programs that connect individual goals to company success.
- Partner on succession planning, career path frameworks, and leadership development initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and compliance.
- Use data insights to advise on workforce trends, retention, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, with a strong focus on CA employment standards.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, manufacturing, or similar environment preferred)
- Deep understanding of California employment law
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Ultipro and Greenhouse a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
Position Pay Range
$110,000 - $120,000 USD
