About the role

The Bi-lingual HR Business Partner will play a key role in shaping the workforce strategy, partnering with leadership to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities will be multi-site within the state of Texas, focusing on Houston, Willis, and Temple.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside supervisors and individual contributors to enhance the employee experience and support business goals.
  • Execute change management initiatives, optimize HR processes, and lead readiness activities to prepare for future challenges.
  • Be a visible and approachable presence on the floor, fostering engagement and building strong relationships.
  • Leverage data for decision-making to inform HR strategies, improve processes, and drive workforce success.
  • Oversee site HR administrative processes, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Partner on talent strategy, working with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen the culture and create exceptional employee experiences.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years HR experience
  • Bachelor level degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related degree (advanced degree is preferred)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Ability to travel 50%
  • Professional certification strongly preferred
  • Comprehensive skills in current Microsoft Office software

Qualifications

The US base salary for this full-time position plus STIP, medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
