Position Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders and team members, providing support across team member relations, talent management, performance management, change management, and organizational effectiveness.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational and organizational needs and provide proactive HR guidance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on team member relations, performance management, and people-related matters
  • Conduct team member relations investigations and provide guidance on policy interpretation, corrective actions, and conflict resolution
  • Coach leaders on performance management, team member development, and talent decisions
  • Facilitate talent reviews, organizational planning, and calibration discussions
  • Support organizational changes, restructures, and leadership transitions with effective change management
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting efforts and workforce planning
  • Analyze team member and organizational trends to provide insights that improve engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition to deliver effective HR solutions
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integrations
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Participate in HR initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance organizational effectiveness

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, or a combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or broad HR roles
  • Demonstrated experience in team member relations, performance management, and organizational support
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence leaders at multiple levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with sound judgment
  • Experience supporting organizational change and talent initiatives
  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR standard methodologies
  • Ability to speak, read and write in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred
