About the role

The Associate Health Principal role is part of the #1 Healthcare team in the industry. You will help guide the overall direction of the Health sector in the local region and be responsible for delivering great work, developing professional networks, growing your craft, and aspiring to the role of a Health Principal within our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in business development, leading pursuits and directing project teams.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships, beginning with pre-positioning activities and continuing through project execution.
  • Contribute to or lead capture plans, qualifications, and proposals for Health clients/pursuits.
  • Lead or participate in interview strategies and implementation.
  • Maintain project oversight throughout execution, ensuring conformance to client expectations for technical/quality, financial performance, and schedule adherence.
  • Interface with clients proactively, engaging them regularly through multiple channels.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to health staff and project teams.
  • Develop abstracts and presentations for industry conferences, seminars, workshops, and other similar events promoting sector messages, research, project outcomes, lessons learned, trends, etc.
  • Cultivate a network of industry partners for intelligence gathering and strategic development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • 7 years related experience
  • A minimum of 2 years project management
  • Registered Architect
  • Experience with sustainable design/LEED
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Good planning and mentoring skills
