About the role
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of large law firm experience and significant experience handling legal matters within the Health Care & Life Sciences industry. A strong background in both regulatory and transactional work is preferred. The candidate must be familiar and comfortable in a team atmosphere and have excellent academic credentials.
Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of legal matters for clients including national health systems, global life science enterprises, Fortune 20 companies, emerging digital health organizations, and private equity, in the US and abroad.
Requirements
- Significant experience handling legal matters within the Health Care & Life Sciences industry.
- A strong background in both regulatory and transactional work.
- Familiarity and comfort in a team atmosphere.
- Excellent academic credentials.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $260,000 – $455,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
