Associate, Growth

About the role

Growth sits at the intersection of new business, agency storytelling, marketing, and some of the most important moments for our agencies. We’re looking for an Associate, Growth to support efforts across Heartbeat, Saatchi & Saatchi Health, and Razorfish Health. Early in your career and eager to learn, you’ll work with members of the Growth team and partners across the agencies to help bring new business pursuits and agency marketing initiatives to life. No two weeks will look exactly the same. You might research a prospective client, help build an RFP response, track down the perfect case study, support a major pitch presentation, or help tell one of our agencies’ stories in a new way. You’ll get exposure to different brands, categories, disciplines, and senior leaders while developing a strong understanding of how agencies grow. It’s the most exciting way to shape your career in advertising, because you’ll get to see how incredible campaigns come to life in rapid speed and by the sharpest colleagues. We’re looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, curious, and willing to jump in. You’re comfortable figuring things out, take pride in the details, and want to keep getting better at what you do.
