Growth Associate

About the role

This is an entry-level, on-site position that supports customer acquisition, partnerships, outreach, and other initiatives that contribute to business growth. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

What makes this different

This is an active, on-site role rather than a remote or behind-the-scenes position. This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

Key areas of ownership

• Engage prospective customers or partners in person
• Support outreach campaigns, events, and presentations
• Track leads, engagement activity, and follow-up
• Test and support new growth initiatives
