About the role

This position supports the Global Private Wealth National Accounts team in managing and enhancing private wealth intermediary relationships, focusing on platform enablement and client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Platform & Relationship Execution
    • Support onboarding activities with distribution partners
    • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure client requirements are met
    • Track and manage agreement terms, documentation, and key deliverables across relationships
    • Serve as key point of coordination across internal teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Strategic Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner closely with the Marketing team to support platform-specific initiatives, campaigns, and conference attendance
    • Support the rollout of new products, initiatives, and platform enhancements by coordinating across relevant internal groups
    • Partner with the Client Service team to ensure high responsiveness and execution across platform relationships
    • Monitor service delivery against partner expectations and identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
  • Platform Communications & Materials
    • Support preparation and submission of RFPs, DDQs, and ad hoc due diligence requests with accuracy
    • Coordinate and create presentation materials for meetings and operational due diligence sessions
    • Tailor messaging for specific platforms and audiences in collaboration with senior team members
  • Data, Reporting & Internal Coordination
    • Maintain and update data in the CRM system and internal tracking documents
    • Work with the Commercial Operations team to optimize marketing campaigns and client reporting
    • Develop and enhance CRM reporting for comprehensive coverage of platform relationships
    • Compile and analyze fundraising metrics, engagement trends, and platform pipeline activity
    • Support internal communication and preparation for senior-level meetings

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in wealth/asset management, preferably in alternative investments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-service orientation

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.S.), or equivalent experience.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 (USD). Total compensation may also include bonus and long-term reward programs, influenced by position and geography.

Schedule

Hybrid work arrangement. Example: Work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), with 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
