Principal Function
The principal function of this role is to support the Global Private Wealth National Accounts team in the management and enhancement of private wealth intermediary relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities with distribution partners
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure platform requirements are met
- Avoid tracking agreement terms, documentation, and operational deadlines
- National Accounts & Distribution Partner Support
- Coordinate and create presentation materials for meetings and platform due diligence sessions, including onsite visits
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare, draft, and submit RFPs, DDQs, and ad-hoc due diligence requests
- Avoid assisting with the organization and execution of fundraising campaigns, roadshows, webinars, and events
- Avoid supporting senior team members in managing relationships with national account platforms
- Data, Reporting & Internal Coordination
- Maintain and update data in the CRM system and internal tracking documents to ensure accurate contact information and client coverage, as appropriate
- Avoid working with the Commercial Operations team to optimize marketing campaigns, client reporting and underlying activity tracking
- Avoid developing and enhancing CRM reporting to maintain up-to-date, comprehensive coverage of all platform relationships
- Avoid compiling and analyzing fundraising metrics, engagement trends, and platform pipeline activity
Requirements
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has demonstrated working knowledge of private markets and private wealth distribution
- Is highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented
- Has strong interpersonal skills and client service orientation
- Manages time and projects effectively
Qualifications
- BS/BA or equivalent
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required
- 2-4 years of experience in wealth/asset management, preferably in alternative investments

Pay
$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD base salary range
