About the role

This position leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery within a healthcare environment. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on enterprise IT initiatives and digital health tools
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial technology agreements
• Advise on data rights, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
• Guide compliance with privacy and data protection laws like HIPAA
• Advise on legal considerations regarding artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
• Support AI governance frameworks and policy development
• Counsel on compliant data commercialization and innovation strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities

Pay

$158,683 – $238,035 annually
