Associate Engineer

Build More Than Drawings. Help Build Industrial Furnaces Around the World.

Are you the type of engineer who would rather be standing beside a massive industrial furnace than sitting behind a desk every day? We're looking for an Associate Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and work in demanding industrial environments. This isn't a position where you'll simply create drawings and send them to the field—you'll be on-site watching those designs come to life and helping ensure they're built correctly.

What You'll Do

• Create and revise AutoCAD and Inventor drawings
• Develop bills of materials and manufacturing documentation
• Aid in project planning and scheduling
• Support CNC manufacturing processes
• Participate in customer and engineering review meetings
• Produce as-built drawings following project completion
• Work alongside experienced installation teams during furnace construction
• Help verify that projects are installed according to engineering specifications
• Sustain quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with AutoCAD and Inventor preferred
• Manufacturing, refractory, or industrial experience is a plus
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter who enjoys solving problems and learning through hands-on experience
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 20%)
