Associate Engineer

Essential Functions

• Coincide with all technical facets of a project and component design using the Process Change Request (PCR) system.
• Design, validate, install, and support new equipment within the facility.
• Collaborate with and interact with other divisions in support of the aforementioned.
• Provide ongoing enhancement through process enhancement, accurate root cause identification, and eradication of any issues identified.
• Offer technical support to all team members.

Education and Training

A Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline is required or in progress. Two years of experience are preferred. Electrical or PLC experience is a plus.

Physical Demands

• Frequent sitting and working at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Occasional standing and walking on concrete.
• Occasional climbing stairs and fixed/vertical ladders.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull carts (minimal 25 lbs) and parts (minimal 60 lbs).
• Ability to drive as needed.
• Ability to travel as needed.
