Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution of global medical initiatives
  • Drive development and tracking of integrated evidence plans and medical strategies
  • Facilitate alignment with key stakeholders and ensure communication across teams
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans including timelines and milestones
  • Lead effective team meetings and track actions according to project management practices
  • Develop and deliver clear high-impact presentations to communicate medical strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement within the PMO by implementing standardized processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's degree with 6+ years in drug development
  • 5+ years of project/program management experience
  • Understanding of the hematology/oncology landscape is preferred
  • Experience in Global Medical Affairs activities including advisory boards and launch readiness
  • Proficient in project management tools like Smartsheet and MS Project for tracking and reporting
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience with integrated evidence generation planning is highly desirable

Pay

$148,900 – $198,900 annually
