Associate Director, PMO

About the role

The Associate Director, PMO acts as a frontline manager for the project management team, overseeing projects that align with specific programs. This role is responsible for the growth and development of the team and ensuring successful delivery of projects within a strategic program management capacity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage creative and strategic projects and programs.
• Manage program and client-level staffing plans and reporting.
• Develop direct reports through coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee program health, including budget, scope, and timeline.
• Ensure project process adherence and implement improvement plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in an advertising agency environment.
• Advanced knowledge of program management and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and financial management skills.
• Proven ability to lead high-complexity projects and develop strategic partnerships.
