About the role
This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communications partner to the Chief People Officer
- Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans for key HR initiatives
- Translate complex HR policies into engaging messaging for a global workforce
- Align HR communications with broader organizational strategy via Internal Communications
- Lead change management communications to enhance leadership capabilities
- Advise on communication strategies for new programs and initiatives
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and External Communications to enhance employer brand
Qualifications
- 8-10 years in employee, HR, or internal communications with measurable multi-channel strategies in global settings
- Advanced knowledge in strategic employee communications and change management
- Exceptional writing and editing skills to convey complex information clearly for diverse audiences
- Strong executive communication abilities, crafting materials for senior leaders
- Proven ability to influence and build relationships across a global organization
- Skilled in analyzing data to provide actionable insights
- Excellent project management abilities in fast-paced environments
- Discretion in handling sensitive information
