About the role

The Associate Director, Patient Access Operations is a launch-critical operational leader responsible for translating Patient Access strategy into coordinated, disciplined execution across CG Oncology’s patient access, digital, vendor, and launch-readiness initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director, Patient Access, this role will manage integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and execution across multiple Patient Access workstreams and help ensure launch-critical capabilities are delivered on time and to the required standard.

The Associate Director will work closely with Patient Access leadership and cross-functional partners across Market Access, Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Medical, IT, Legal, Compliance, Trade & Distribution, and other functions to convert strategic direction into executable workplans. The role will also provide operational oversight of Patient Access vendors and partners, helping coordinate business rules, workflows, standard operating procedures, training, technology, reporting, testing, and go-live activities. This is a highly visible, hands-on position for an experienced operator who can bring structure to complex initiatives, anticipate execution risks, facilitate decisions, and drive accountability across teams without relying on direct authority. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between detailed program management, vendor coordination, cross-functional problem solving, and concise leadership reporting in a fast-paced, launch-stage biotechnology environment.
